Happy Birthday LEGO!
Today Google greets The LEGO Group today as they celebrate their 50th birthday.Being from Denmark myself, I can only be very proud of this Danish company which has evolved and developed into the world’s sixth-largest manufacturer of toys! The word LEGO is actually an abbreviation from two Danish words: “leg” + “godt”, which means “play well”.
Check out this nerdy guy who makes practically anything from LEGO bricks!

MyDeathSpace.com
Okay, this has got to be the most morbid sense of humour (if any sense of humour at all). The www.mydeathspace.com is the archival website which gathers all the www.myspace.com profiles of people who have past away! In other words you can find a link to the recently deceased Heath Ledgers myspace page or how about Matt Noel who was killed on his way to meet a girl he met through… well, myspace of course!
SemiPermanent.com
Just a little reminder of the great Semi-Permanent, now that designiskinky.com and lounge72.com are no longer active :(Also, while you’re over there - please try out the lightbox effect used on their images. Not only do they enhance, they also have a nice dropshadow actually, you can drag the images, open multiple images on the same page and still have layer-oder and you can use left/right arrow on your keyboard to scroll through the images.. :-)

I just saw esquaredas post linking to the cute screen licking dog by Linein, which was just so cool, that I had to instantly make a screensaver for my work PC. I can’t wait to see/hear reactions tomorrrow from my colleagues - let me know, if you want a copy for your self (EXE).Check out the licking dog right here, but have a little patience as it loads the SWF-file directly.
“Penelope” (the really ugly pig!)
I guess this is the week of the less fortunate, but here’s a trailer about a girl called Penelope who suffers from a nose so ugly, no one would ever dream of going out with her except for… one golden boy. This new, serious movie is being quickly summed up like this:
”A magical story of a young woman, Penelope Wilhern (Christina Ricci), born to wealthy socialites. Penelope is afflicted by a secret family curse that can only be broken when she is loved by “one of her own kind”. Hidden away inthe family’s majestic home, she is subjected to meeting a string of blue-bloods through her parent’s futile attempt to marry her off and break the curse.”

My current Facebook pending requests.
Status:Information overload!!!Even though I think of myself as a person who’s pretty into the hole WWW thing, Internet trends, web 2.0, AJAX, user friendly applications, API’s etc. I just can’t keep up with my Facebook subscriptions. I have altered my e-mail settings to receive as few notifications as possible: But still - each morning Facebook counts for 35% of all my e-mails in my inbox! And when I go online, these are the requests I still haven’t managed to answer.
Will I ever find out what flower I am, what exactly a slayer invitation is or how gangsta I really am? I doubt it…
David Lynch’s the iPhone
David Lynch obviously is not happy about us watching his films on our iPhones and other gadgets on our way from A to B! I actually respect that and you gotta love this ol’ man, who even goes as far as to use the f-wordOooohhh! :-)
In love with slowmotion & timelapse
This HD video was recorded from a rooftop in Moscow, Russia and the calm rotation was achieved using a stepper motor. It’s actually just one of many really fantastic videos recorded and created by amateurs/pro’s over at Vimeo channel for Slowmotion & Timelapse. This particular video just have something quite profound and mysterious about it - makes me long for lost time, you know!? Thank you “Timelapser for this great movie…
GO VISIT!!!
Go home BRAVIA!
This website with all its colorschemes and themes is just a freakin’ super great inspiration when you need some new ideas and colors for your own material! I can browse, customize and preview hundreds of fitted colorschemes and it always makes me want to throw my self at something creative. Not to mention my all time favourite application, which by the way uses less than 4700K memory: The Colorpix (WIN only, sorry!)
A must “see” for anyone who loves colors »
